Why it was really Sherlock, version 1
I think it was definitely Sherlock who fell from the roof of St. Bart’s. It was also Sherlock who was on the sidewalk playing dead for John. (There was a body switch involved, but not until the very, very end—after John had already been fooled by the real Sherlock.)
