custardcreems asked: Could the "OOC thing" Moffat is talking about the WHOLE phone call with John? In 'A Study in Pink' he was adamant not to use a home line, because he "prefers to text"?
That’s a very popular theory for the OOC thing. But it’s not my division theory, and not one that I really even think makes sense.
Main reasons?
A) Sherlock does phone people when he needs to. He phoned Lestrade in Scandal and Mycroft in Hounds.
B) That roof scene would’ve been awful if they’d used text messages instead of a phone call.
