Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with us and coalescing things, particularly your explanation for the assassin guy at Scotland Yard, whom I hadn't even thought of until I read your ideas, and now I'm like *mind blown*. ANYWAY, now I'm curious about your opinion on Sherlock's tears on the roof while talking to John. Do you think they're real? That he's acting for John? That it's real emotion but the tears themselves are him acting? Just your thoughts. Thanks!

I ran a poll on Sherlock’s tears a while back where I listed several possible interpretations.

Personally, I’m leaning towards the possibility that he might have made himself cry in order to help keep his eyes open and dead-looking later. I really have no evidence to back me up, though, and might completely change my mind later.
